For the month of November I have committed to a blog post everyday in participation of National Blog Posting Month or NaBloPoMo. Currently there are nearly 700 other bloggers signed up!
Now a history lesson. NaBloPoMo was started in 2006 by Eden Kennedy as a writer’s exercise in response to National Novel Writing Month or NaNoWriMo. That goal is to work towards writing a 50,000 word novel in November. Eden attempted to write the 50,000 words but when challenged with it she thought it’d be easy to write a blog post every day instead. Needless to say, NaBloPoMo gained momentum in the blog community and in 2011 BlogHer began leading it. They help by offering inspiration, support, and reminders. They even have a prize to win a ticket to their conference next year.
I am always ready for a challenge especially when it is to become better at what I’m doing. When I decided to start a blog I thought this should be easy. There are a million things to write about. I’m going to love it! Now it’s time to really walk that out.
So put on your reading caps and join me on this leg of our journey together. 😊

November to Remember
